羟基交联丙烯酸酯共聚乳液的性能表征

摘    要:通过乳液的离心稳定性,电解质稳定性,胶膜的耐水性,红外光谱(IR),差热分析(DSC)等对羟基交联丙烯酸酯共聚乳液的性能进行了表征,结果表明:通过核壳聚合工艺把活性单体以壳单体的形式分布于乳胶粒的表面,可以显著降低胶膜的耐水性,提高交联度。用DSC对交联反应的动力学进行了研究,证实了核壳结构的共聚物与非核壳结构的共聚物相比较,具有更大的放热峰和较低的交联温度。

Abstract:The characteristics of properties of hydroxy-crosslinking acrylate emulsion copolymer is made by way of centrifugal stability,elecctrolyte-resistence stability,water-resistence stability,IR and DSC.The results show that the water-resistence stability of latex film and the crosslinking degree of copolymer can be obviously upgraded through core-shell technology distributing the living monomer onto the surface of the emulsoid particle.Compared with none core-shell structure copolymer ,the core-shell structure copolymer releases bigger heat flow in lower crosslinking tempertature through the kinetic research of crosslinking reaction by DSC.
