| Abstract: | This article attempts a trial of interactive structural and formal design in engineering and construction practice by explicating the project of a stadium＇s free-form roof. Correlation factors such as dynamics, form, space, construction detail, fabrication and economic factors have all been taken into account so as to work out an integrated solution of structural performance-based architectural design. |
