| 摘 要： | 洪水灾害是当今世界最严重的自然灾害之一,洪灾经济损失及风险评估是防洪减灾领域的一项基础性工作,而脆弱性的确定是评估模型的关键.研究了对洪水情景模拟中代表脆弱性的灾损率,介绍了灾损曲线的内涵、表现形式、建立方法和影响因素,探讨了构建灾损曲线的具体过程.通过问卷,对2008年遭受南方洪涝灾害的居住建筑进行实地调查,建立了灾损曲线.从长远看来,需要深入细致地开展灾损率调查,这对减少未来洪灾风险,具有非常重要的现实意义.
