大型潜水贯流泵装置设计与应用

摘    要:潜水贯流泵装置具有进出水流道顺直、水力损失小、泵装置效率高、土建结构简单、开挖深度小等突出优点。针对江苏省通榆河北延送水工程灌北、善南泵站特点,采用了单泵设计流量为10m3/s、叶轮直径为2m的卧式潜水贯流泵装置,这是目前我国叶轮直径最大的卧式潜水贯流泵装置。工程实践证明,潜水贯流泵装置应用于低扬程大流量泵站是可行的,在特低扬程下,可获得较高的泵装置效率。

Abstract:Diving tubular pump has the advantage of straight outlet and inlet, low hydraulic loss, high pump efficiency, simple construction structure, low digging height, and so on. Considering the character of two pump stations in north extension project of Tongyu river, in Jiangsu Province, it adopts horizontal diving tubular pump, with 10 m^3/s flow per pump and 2m of impeller's diameter, which is the largest impeller of horizontal diving tubular pump in China. The engineering shows that the application of diving tubular pump in high flow pump with low head is practicable, with high pump efficiency in particular low head.
