| 摘 要： | 介绍了氟在氧化铍生产过程中的危害。为了满足现有产品质量的要求，对高氟铍矿石进行了脱氟试验，并将氟控制在工艺允许的范围之内。目前此方法是脱氟处理的较好方法，设备简单，投资省、见效快。

| Abstract: | This text introduced the harm of the fluorine in Beryllium oxide in production line,to satisfying the request of product quality, The fluorin removal experiments have been done and the remained fluorin was controled in allowal scope.this method is best to take off fluorine at present;the equipments is simple and the investment takes effect quickly. |
