| Abstract: | The main problems of electricity markets in China are analyzed in detail based on the characteristics of the domestic and oversea electricity markets,enviromental variation of operation and constraints on secure and stable operation of power systems.The contract is proposed as a possible way that can adapt to secure operation of electricity markets. |
