摘    要:为适应铜街子工程左岸的不利地质条件,设计单位在左岸设计了砼面板堆石坝.对过渡垫层料采用拌和楼配料拌和,严格控制铺料厚度和碾压遍数以保证垫层的密实性和平整度,在面板砼配合比设计中,选用水化热较低,收缩性较小的大坝525水泥,并掺15%的粉煤灰改造了砼的和易性,提高了抗裂性.在面板砼浇筑中严格控制砼陷度,避开高温和严寒季节,采用了无轨滑模新工艺等,积累了经验并有所创新.

Abstract:The concrete face rockfill dam has been designed by the design institute at left abutment of Tongjiezi project to suit the unfavorable geologic conditions. The material of transition zone was mixed in batching plant,lift thickness and compaction passes were strictly limited to provide a proper compaction degree and planeness. In the concrete mix design of face slab,dam cement 525 with low hydration heat and little constraction was used to improve the concrete placeability and cracking resistance. The flyash content is 15%.The concrete depression was strictly limited when the face slab concrete was placed. The high temperature and severe cold weather were avoided,the slipform without :ail was adopted. The new experinces were gained.
