摘 要: | 1.2 阳离子化改性处理 调节改性处理液的pH值,使织物浸渍存浴比为30:1的CHTAC(20~80 g/L)改性液中进行阳离子改性.温度升至80℃,保温45 min,取出,40℃水洗,2 g/L的醋酸中和洗涤,冷水洗,最后在60℃下烘干.

Abstract: | The properties of cotton fabric modified with cationic reagent N-(3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl) trimethylammonium chloride (CHTAC) and printed with an ultra-fine pigment were studied in detail.An ultra-fine pigment with a 128-nm average particle diameter was prepared with an anionic polymeric dispersant using a microfluidiser.The effect of pretreatment variables (e.g.,cationic reagent and pH values) on color strength (K/S values),fasteness properties,bend properties,and whiteness index were studied.The results ... |
