摘    要:研究了主要工艺参数对ATO抗静电涂料导电性能的影响,用渗滤模型分析了导电填料含量对涂层导电性能的影响;填料表面处理实验表明,偶联剂能提高ATO的最大填充量。另外,讨论了基体树脂种类、固化工艺对涂层导电性能的影响,并确定了优化的工艺参数。

Abstract:The influence of main technical parameters on conductivity of ATO antistatic coatings has been studied.The influence of amount of conductive fillers on conductivity of coatings film is analyzed by use of diffusion model.The surface treatment tests on fillers indicated that coupling agents can increase the loading of ATO.Additionally,influence of varieties of binders and curing technology on conductivity of coatings film is discussed.The optimized technical parameters are given.
