Al2O3/SiCw陶瓷材料晶须拔出的有限元分析

摘    要:采用有限元的方法分析了Al2O3/SiCw陶瓷材料晶须拔出时中的应力状态及应力分布,研究了晶须拔出时材料界面的断裂模式。结果表明:当裂纹扩展到晶须时,在裂纹尖端附近晶须与基体界面处存在较大的剪应力,从而使界面首先发生剪切破坏,当晶须在裂纹面之间桥联时,由于晶须与基体界面存在较大的径向拉应力而使界面首先发生径向拉伸破坏。

Abstract:Finite element method was used to analyze the stresses in the whisker - matrix interface of Al2O3/SiCw ceramic comPOsite when whisker pullout was occurred, the stresses distribution was also obtained. Based on the calculation, the fractrue model of the whisker - matrix interface was studied. Results showed that the debonding behavior at the whisker -- matrix. interface depended on the stresses and its distribution. For the bridged whiskers the debonding was found to Occur owing to the larger radial tensile stress. When the crack front arrived the whiskers, the debonding was expected to be caused by the larger shearing stress.
