氯甲酸三氯甲酯合成工艺路线的选择研究

摘    要:本文对甲酸甲酯和氯甲酸甲酯二条原料路线合成氯甲酸三氯甲酯的研究作了详细介绍,通过模试和小试验证试验,认为在生产中,氯化反应器很难实现气相区使甲酸甲酯气体和氯气避开爆鸣和自燃浓度范围。为使生产安全起见,应采用氯甲酸甲酯为原料的合成路线为宜。

Abstract:This paper is a detailed study of synthesisingtrichloromethyl chloroformate from the two differentmaterials of methyl formate or methyl chlorofor-mate. From tbeimitative experiments andlaboratoryexperiments we know that in the production it is diffi-cult for the chlorinator in the gas-vapour to make themethyl formate gas and the chlorine gas to avoid thedetoration and the self-conbustion is a certain concen-tration range. In order to assure safaty of production,it' s better to adopt the synthesis method which usesmethyl chloroformats as the starting material.
