摘    要:研究助剂钾对钴钼型耐硫脱氧剂脱氧活性的影响。通过常压微反-色谱装置来测定常压活性,加压反应器测定表观脱氧活性。结果表明:钾以共浸方式加入为最好,K2O的加入量以6%-10%为最佳;在低硫条件下。钾的加入使脱氧剂的失硫速度变慢;钾的加入可以调节载体表面的酸碱性,阻止A12O3的相变,加快电子之间的转移。耐硫脱氧剂完全能满足耐硫变换工艺的要求,而且有耐硫的作用,对耐硫变换催化剂起到脱氧和保护的作用。

Abstract:A study is made of the effect of potassium activator on the deoxidation activity of the sulfur-tolerant cobalt-molybdenum deoxidizer. Its activity at atmospheric pressure is determined with the microreac-tor at atmospheric pressure and the chromatograph, while its apparent deoxidation activity is determined with the pressure reactor. The results show that the addition of potassium by co-impregration is the best, and the optimal quantity of K2O added is 6% - 10% ; with low sulfur content, the addition of potassium decreases the rate of sulfur loss of the deoxidizer, can adjust the pH value on the surface of the carrier, prevents the phase change of Al2O3, and speeds up the transfer among the electrons. The sulfur-tolerant deoxidizer can completely satisfy the requirements of the sulfur-tolerant shift conversion process, plays the role of sulfur resistance, and deoxidizers and protects the sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst.
