柠檬酸废水厌氧产沼气的分析与利用

摘    要:柠檬酸废水为高浓度有机废水,利用厌氧(UASB)进行处理可产生大量的沼气,其沼气产率很高(达0.6 m3/kgCOD去除),沼气中甲烷含量为70%(体积),沼气的热值在30 MJ/m3以上,厌氧产出的沼气直接用于沼气锅炉和直燃机燃烧,每年可为厂内生产节省300余万元的蒸汽.

Abstract:The wastewater resulting from citric acid production is of high concentration. A large amount of bio-gas is produced from anaerobic wastewater process with the production ratio of 0.6 m3/kg.CODremoval. The concentration of methan CH4 in bio-gas is 70% volume. The heat energy of bio-gas is higher than 30 MJ/m3. The bio-gas can be used directly in boilers or other kinds of combustors. About 3 million RMB Yuan is saved one year.
