摘    要:云峰分公司磷酸厂转盘式过滤机板网孔眼及滤盒内结垢堵塞严重,液相穿透性能差,导致过滤系统非计划停车频繁,过滤装置出现硫酸消耗、滤布消耗、水溶磷含量高,磷收率、洗涤率和滤布再生效果低的三高三低现象。经分析发现,过滤机板网和滤盒本身设备结构不合理,滤板透气性能差是结垢的主要原因。通过采取针对性的解决措施,降低了过滤机板网及滤盒内结垢速率,磷收率由96.84%提高至97.31%,实现了过滤机清理检修周期与滤布更换周期同步。

Abstract:Based on serious scaling of plate net and filter box of rotating disc filter in phosphoric acid plant of Phosphoric Acid Plant of Yunfeng Branch Company, and poor liquid penetration performance, the filtering system unplanned parking is frequent, the phenomenon with three high three low are occurred, including high consumption of sulfuric acid, filter cloth and water soluble phosphorus, low phosphorus recovery, washing rate and filter cloth regeneration effect. Through analysis, the equipment structure of filter plate net hole and the filter box, and the poor permeability of filter plate are the main reasons. Through corresponding solving measures, the scaling rate of the plate net and filter box is reduced, the yield of phosphorus is increased from 96.84% to 97.31%, realizing the synchronization of the filter cleaning maintenance cycle and filter cloth replacement cycle.
