摘    要:稀磷酸的品质直接影响料浆法粉状磷酸一铵产品养分。针对原料稀磷酸组成、磷酸浓度、密度与固含量的波动,从生产的角度叙述磷酸一铵产品养分的控制方法,通过调节料浆中和度、产品水分、浓磷酸与磷酸一铵渣浆比例,一效蒸发器料浆密度等,使产品养分稳定控制在合格品的范围内。

Abstract:The quality of dilute phosphoric acid affects the quantity nutrient in powdery monoammonium phosphate products. The control method of nutrient in the monoammonium phosphate product is described from the view of the production, according to the fluctuation of dilute phosphoric acid composition, acid concentration,specific gravity and the solid content. Finally,the qualified product can be produced stably by adjusting neutralization degree of slurry, product moisture, ratio of concentrated phosphoric acid or monoammonium phosphate slag slurry,first-effect evaporator slurry density and so on.
