| 摘 要： | 介绍湿法磷酸典型的强制循环真空蒸发工艺流程。对磷酸浓缩装置运行过程中的常见问题(闪蒸室真空度不够,闪蒸室绝压偏高而温度正常,石墨换热器出口酸温偏低,石墨换热器温差过大等)进行原因分析,并提出处理方法。

Analysis on common problems in production process of concentration unit of wet-process phosphoric acid |

| Abstract: | The typical forced circulation vacuum evaporation process of wet-process phosphoric acid is introduced. The common problems in operational process of concentration unit of wet-process phosphoric acid are analyzed, including insufficient vacuum degree of flash chamber, high pressure and normal temperature of flash chamber, low acid temperature of graphite heat exchanger outlet, big temperature difference of graphite heat exchanger etc., the processing method is put forward. |
