摘    要:目前活塞多选用低碳渗碳钢、中碳渗碳钢或高碳钢制造,通过失效分析研究,认为在满足强度技术要求的情况下,可选用40Cr材料整体淬火,本文对这一工艺进行了详细的分析和探讨。

Abstract:At present,carburizing steels are always selected in the manufacture of piston.Based on failure analysis,40Cr steel with whole quenching may be employed provided the strength specification is met.This article details with the heat treatment process of the 40Cr steel.
