| 摘 要： | 目前活塞多选用低碳渗碳钢、中碳渗碳钢或高碳钢制造,通过失效分析研究,认为在满足强度技术要求的情况下,可选用40Cr材料整体淬火,本文对这一工艺进行了详细的分析和探讨。
