摘    要:介绍空分设备由标准工况转变到最大氧气工况的操作过程、操作依据和注意事项,考核了空分设备的生产能力、精馏潜力和氧压机压氧能力。通过操作实践,进一步熟悉了机组性能,并为其他变工况操作积累了操作经验。

Operation practice on increasing oxygen output from 3~#23500m~3/h air separation unit
Abstract:The theoretical base,operation process,as well as corresponding noticeable points,for transforming the standard operating condition into maximum oxygen output operating condition in an air separation unit are introduced.The production capacity and distillation potential of air separation unit,and the compression capacity of oxygen compressor are analyzed.The operation performance of the air separation unit has been further understood through operation practice,and the operation experience has also been summarized for other variable-condition operations.
