摘    要:以Na2B4O7熔体模拟冶金炉渣,提出了CaCO3在熔渣中热分解的一种数学模型.实验证明, CaCO3粒度变化和熔渣中CaO含量变化对内生气源发泡过程的影响均与熔渣中CaCO3的分解行为有关.因此,吹气法测定的泡沫化指数Σ不能用于评价因内生气源引起的熔渣泡沫化稳定性.

Abstract:A model for heat decomposition of CaCO3 in Na2B4O7 molten slag is presented in the paper. The experimental results show that the size of CaCO3 particles and CaO content in slag have definite effect on foaming due to internal creation of bubbles in the slag, which is solely dependent on the decomposition behavior of CaCO3 in molten slag. Therefore, the foaming index, , (measured with external bubbling) cannot be employed to evaluate the stability of foam generated by internany created gas bubbles in the slag.
