| Abstract: | Thehighpowerlasercandamagethephotodector.Inthepaper,thelaserdamageofthephotodetectorhasbeenstudiedtheorectiallyandexperimentally.Whenthelaserilluminatesanddamagesoneormorequadrantsofthefourquadrantssiliconphotocell,itcancausethemeasureerrorofthespotcentreontheactivequadrantofthephotodetector,thenleadtothephotoelectricsystemsdamage,suchasphotoelectricguidance,trackingandetal. |
