摘    要:针对磁力传动齿轮泵设计过程中,由于磁材料参数误差和三维磁场的计算的复杂,致使设计计算误差较大的问题。本文采用了将同轴永磁耦合器转化成平面型永磁耦合器,然后按两维场计算的方法,该方法简单、计算结果准确、可作为磁力传动齿轮泵设计计算的参考。

Abstract:Aimed at the difficulty in the calculate and design of magnetic driving pump because of three dimensions fields, a method was introduced which uses two dimension fields by changed coaxial magnetic coupling to face - type magnetic coupling. This method is simple and correct and it provides reference for the design and calculation of magnetic driving gear pump.
