国内外城市景观控制研究综述及其借鉴意义

随着人民生活水平的提高,城市景观越来越成为城市规划中的重要组成部分。越来越多的城市将城市景观控制纳入到城市管理中。香港等地还将景观分析作为建筑设计和地区规划审判的重要组成部分。文章通过对国内外景观控制实践的梳理和剖析,在借鉴其成功经验的基础上,分别从控制方法和控制框架2个方面对风景型滨水城市的视觉景观控制规划进行探讨。

Review of Research in the Landscape Control Planning at Home and Abroad

As the people＇s living standards improved,urban landscape becomes an important part of the urban plan.There are more and more landscape analyses in urban governments.In Hongkong,landscape analyses are approval parts in building and planning.This paper is supposed to summarise and analyse the experiences of urban landscape control of other countries,and to put forward the control methods and structure for the waterfront cities in China.
