| 摘 要： | 政务电子邮件日渐成为政府信息资源的重要组成部分,对其进行有效管理的重要性也日益突出。阐述了信息生命周期管理（ILM）的概念及其六个阶段,在分析政务电子邮件特点的基础上,构建基于ILM的政务电子邮件管理系统模型,提出政务电子邮件信息生命周期各阶段的管理策略。基于信息生命周期管理的政务电子邮件管理系统模型及策略为政务邮件管理提供了理论基础和实施规范。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of Information Lifecycle Management（ILM）,a management system model is constructed and the management policies of each phase in lifecycle of e-mail were proposed,and some implementing advices for e-mail lifecycle management of government are recommended.A management system and policy for e-mail of government based on ILM will provide the theoretic base and implementing specification for e-mail management. |
