| 摘 要： | 建筑设备更新,主要包括原型设备更新和新型设备更新。虽然建筑设备更新是建筑企业生产发展和技术进步的客观需求,但是对于建筑业来说,设备更新既要考虑技术发展的需要,又要考虑企业的经济效益。文章通过某建筑企业工程车辆的更新来进行经济性分析从而确定最优方案,达到节约成本的目的。

| Abstract: | The construction updating equipment mainly includes the protoype equipment renewal and the new updating equipment.Although the construction equipment updating is objective demand of enterprises production development and the technology advancement, but regarding the building industry, the equipment updating must consider both the need of technological development and enterprise＇s economic efficiency.This article carries on the efficient analysis through some construction enterprise engineering vehicles＇renewal to determine the optimum plan to achieve the goal of efficient cost. |
