摘    要:论文提出了多个非线性软测量模型通过集成为一个模型来提高精确性和稳定性的思想。通过分析被控温度的影响因素,选取了影响温度并且容易在线测量的辅助变量,建立相应的模型,然后用回归建模的方法把建立的模型集成为一个模型,这样可以提高整个软测量的精度、稳定性和实时性等性能,通过实例分析和实际运行效果验证了这种方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:An model integrated by multiple models is proposed, in order to improve the accuracy and the stability of models. Some secondary variables was selected which are closely related to the temperature. Several models was constructed, and then regression model is employed to integrate the models. Consequently, the real-time performance and the accuracy of the model are improved. And the results of the models validate the soft sensing modeling.
