| 摘 要： | 文中分析研究了集散控制应用系统中顺序控制的应用实例。并对特殊顺序控制16位阀位监视功能块VLVM和32点局部开关功能块LSW进行了分析研究和应用。对应用系统的实例给出了详细的程序设计分析。设计了控制回路图连接和顺序控制表的编写。对触点信号动作和限位开关的工作状态进行了说明。对特殊运用的顺序控制功能块的I/O连接、输出监视功能和16位阀位监视功能块详细定义均进行了明确的阐述。

| Abstract: | This paper researches the application example of sequence control in distributed control system. 16- Valve Monitor Block and 32- Point Local Switch Block are analyzed and studied. The program design of application system is provided in detail. Control drawing is connected and sequence table is designed and programmed. Valve contact output action and work status of limit switch are illustrated. I/O connection of special sequence control function block, output monitor function and detail specification of 16- Valve Monitor Block are also expounded. |
