| 摘 要： | 介绍了自行设计、研制的一种无痕装夹系统。该系统将半导体制冷技术和常规的冷却方法相结合,应用计算机控制技术,为铣削加工提供了一种新的装夹方法,解决了不宜受力装夹材料和异形件装夹难的问题。

| Abstract: | A new-designed traceless clamping system is introduced in this article. Applied with the computer controlling technology, the system combines the semiconductor refrigeration technology and routine cooling methods, thus provides a new clamping method for the milling process, which settles some hardy problems that we usually have to face, such as the clamping process of the inadvisable weighted clamping material and the special-shaped workpiece. |
