液氧泵的设计

摘    要:根据低温加注系统总体设计,采用离心泵加注液氧,本文介绍了该泵的设计和试验结果。该泵属于低比转速泵,在设计点工况下其效率不可能很高,但由于在水力设计上采用“加大流量”设计法,使该泵的效率达到了相同比转速泵的优等水平。

Abstract:According to the general design of the cryogenic propellant loading system,a centrifugal pump is used for loading liquid oxygen to launch vehicle.This paper introduces the design and test result of the pump.This pump belongs to low specific speed pumps, whose efficiency isn't high at its design point.But its efficiency has achicved to a exeellent level in the same specific speed pumps,because a design method-"increasing capacity"is used in hydraulic design of the pump.
