冷拔型钢纤维混凝土板韧性试验研究

摘    要:通过四组混凝土板 (共 10块 )的荷载试验 ,评定钢纤维混凝土的韧性。试验结果表明 :在混凝土中采用低掺量的DRAMIX钢纤维 (冷拔型 ) ,混凝土土板的能量吸收性能达到欧洲喷射混凝土规程根据隧洞衬砌变形工况制定的优级韧性指标。根据混凝土中控制掺入钢纤维的最小间距来分析 ,冷拔型钢纤维具有长径比大 ,抗拉强度高的优点 ,采用较低掺量的冷拔型钢纤维即可有效改善和提高混凝土的韧性与抗裂性能

Abstract:In the paper, tests on four groups of concrete plates (10 specimens in total)are reported, and the toughness of the steel fiber concrete is assessed. Test results show that the top toughness index which is defined in the European Specification for Sprayed Concrete for the loading conditions of the plates applied to the tunnel, is attained in the deformation energy absorbed for the concrete plates reinforced with a low content of Dramix steel fiber (cold?drawn). In the view of spatial distribution of steel fiber in the reinforced concrete, cold?drawn steel fiber is known for its large aspect ratio and high tensile strength. It can be also used to improve the cracking performance and the toughness character of concrete at a low value of mixing dosage.
