摘    要:文章以智能电力通信网和下一代网络的高速发展为背景,以如何将软交换技术引入电力通信网并且为之服务为研究出发点,分析和比较了传统电路交换系统与软交换系统模型的特征,给出了以软交换系统为基础的电力通信网应用策略、改造方案及其可行性经济评价,最后结合软交换产品分析了软交换系统的技术指标、可靠性、安全性.

Abstract:Under the background of rapid development of the intelligent electric power communication network and next generation networks,the starting point of this paper is how to introduce soft-switching technology into electric power communication network.Here we analyze and compare the features of traditional circuit-switched system and soft-switch system model.We also give the electric power communication network construction strategy,rehabilitation programs,and the feasibility of economic evaluation.Finally,combining Huawei′s Softx3000 soft-switch system technical manual,the technical specifications,reliability and security of soft-switch systems are analyzed.
