The Research and Application of Administrative Exchange Network Communication Line Automatic Detection system

Administrative exchange network of the electric power system is the important information transmission network which refers to dispatching,production management and electric quantity collection,etc.Consequently,the security and stability of the administrative exchange network operation have become one of the important factors in the stable operation of the power grid.This paper introduces that the automatic management system of administrative exchange network consists of automatical line fault acception,routine testing,user data information management,etc.It elaborates the Robotic line grasping,comprehensive test,routine testing,voice combined with measurement and other key technologies.Practice shows that this system realizes the automatic closed-loop process,from fault acception,testing,maintenance assignment to repairing response.It provides fast and accurate fault diagnosis,automatic on-line detection and repairing supervision.It also achieves a fully computerized management of administrative telephone network operation and maintenance.At the same time it improves the level of the administrative exchange network operation and maintenance.
