摘    要:介绍了传统盘磨的控制和盘磨打浆专家系统.专家控制实现了自学习功能,也实现了更准确地控制盘磨机的磨刀进退位移量.根据实际项目的实施,对系统进行硬件和软件组态,并依据实时图表对运行结果进行分析,说明此系统能提高盘磨机工作效率和磨浆质量.

Abstract:The traditional refiner control and the method of expert system in refiner pulping are introduced.The expert control realizes self-learning function,and also realizes more accurately the control of the disc grinder displacement of the advance and retreat.According to the implementation of the project,the hardware and the software are configured,and based on real-time chart,the analysis results shows that this contol system can enhance the efficiency of the refiner and milling quality.
