摘    要:脉冲编码调制设备作为模数转换及低速数据复接设备,目前在电网调度系统中仍发挥着重要作用,但其分散式的运行及管理方式给电网的安全稳定运行带来隐患.为实现对PCM设备的集中管理和网元实时在线监控,在IONOS NMS网管系统基础上开发了针对SAGEM PCM的网络管理系统,实现对整个PCM网络系统终端网元直观的实时在线监控及管理,提高了电力通信网PCM终端网元的运行可靠性及运行效率.

Abstract:As an analog-to-digital conversion and low-speed data cross-connection equipment,pulse code modulation equipment plays an important role in current grid dispatching system.But its decentralized operation and management manner bring hidden danger to the safe and stable operation of the grid.To achieve centralized management of PCM equipment and real-time online monitoring of network element,a network management system of SAGEM PCM of SAT Corporation is developed based on IONOS NMS.It,can realize real-time online monitoring on PCM network elements of the whole network,network topology and business restructuring macroscopically.This network management system greatly improves operation reliability and efficiency of the PCM terminal network elements in electric power communication network.
