| 摘 要： | 河南电力调度数据网是国家电网调度数据网的组成部分,应按照国家电网公司双平面改造整体部署,结合河南电力现状和发展规划进行改造.文章介绍了河南电力调度数据网现状和光传输网发展规划,结合国家电网调度数据网双平面建设框架,提出了骨干网河南子区及省调接入网、过渡期地调接入网的改造方案,全面提升网络可靠性和业务保障能力.

| Abstract: | Henan electric power dispatching data network is a component of State Grid dispatching data network.It should be improved in accordance with the deployment of State Grid dual plane transformation,the current situation and development plan of Henan electric power.This article describes the current situation of Henan electric power dispatching data network and the development plan of optical transmission network.According to State Grid dispatching data network dual plane architecture,we put forward transformation plans of backbone network of Henan sub district,province dispatching access network,local dispatching access network in transition period.The transformation will fully enhance network reliability and service support capabilities. |
