摘    要:研究了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES法)测定锑锭中铅、铜、铁、砷、锰、锡、镉等七种杂质元素.用酒石酸、盐酸和硝酸的混合溶液来分解试样,选择合适的分析谱线及分析参数.探讨了溶解酸及酸度的选择、基体元素锑与共存元素间的干扰和消除,进行了灵敏度、精密度和准确度试验.结果表明,各元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)<4.0%,与国家标准方法分析结果相符,该方法简单、快速.

Abstract:This essay studies determining 7 impurity elements(Pb,Cu,Fe,As,Mn,Sn,Cd)in antimony ingot by ICP-AES method.Uses mixed solution(tartaric acid,hydrochloric acid and nitric acid mix together)to decompose sample,chooses proper analytical spectral line and analytical parameters.This article discusses also about selection of soluble acid and acidity,interference and elimination between antimony and coexisting elements,moreover carries out sensitivity,precision and accuracy experiment.The results show that,relative standard deviation(RSD) of each element is less than 4.0%,according with national standard analysis value.This method is simple and fast.
