浙江某钼矿浮选工艺试验研究

摘    要:针对Mo品位为0.79%的含钼矿石,以水玻璃作抑制剂和细泥的分散剂,采用"粗精矿预先脱泥-脱泥精矿再磨精选"的浮选工艺试验流程,可获得产率为1.35%、Mo品位为51.23%、回收率为87.55%的合格钼精矿。矿石中钼资源得到了较好的回收。

Abstract:Sodium silicates is used as depressant of silicate mineral and slime dispersant in the experimental research on the floatation for molybdenum ore content of 37%,with the flotation flowsheet of roughing concentrate pre-desliming and concentrate re-grinding and cleaning flotation.It can be obtained that qualified molybdenum concentrate of a yield of 1.35%,a grade of 51.23%,and a recovery of 87.55%.The molybdenum resources have been efficiently recycled.
