摘    要:从腐蚀与保护学上分析了热连轧精轧工作辊的磨损机理,根据腐蚀的相关因素对传统的热连轧轧制单元设计进行了改进,有效地解决了热轧带钢三次氧化铁皮质量缺陷问题,并在保证带钢表面质量的前提下增加了轧制单元的轧制总长度,降低了轧辊消耗。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the wear mechanism of finishing work roller of HSM from corrosion and protection principle.According to the related factors of corrosion,the traditional design of hot strip rolling element has been improved,which effectively solves quality defects of thrice oxide scales,increases the total length of the rolling element under the premise of surface quality for hot strip and reduces the roller consumption.
