摘    要:面向智能电网中低压通信接入网应依托骨干通信网和中低压电力线路资源,在各级供电公司建设以电力光纤通信为主,中低压电力线载波为辅,无线公网等其他方式为补充和延伸的网络.文章论述了作为中低压通信接入网光纤接入的两种主流PON技术(EPON和GPON)的主要特点,通过在传输速率、ODN等级、协议、制定标准、承载业务以及目前对应产品的角度等方面对两种技术进行对比分析,得出EPON技术由于其成本较低且技术成熟,近年来在智能电网通信领域将得到广泛应用;而具有更高标准化程度的GPON技术,随着商品化技术的成熟,将在未来发挥更大的作用.

Abstract:Facing to the smart grid,the medium-low voltage telecommunication access network should be supported by the backbone telecommunication network and the resources of the medium-low voltage electric line.Electric companies at all levels should construct the network mainly based on the electric optical fiber communication,supplemented by the medium-low voltage power line carrier and with the public wireless network and others as the complementary and extended networks.In this paper,the properties of the two main techniques of PON as fiber access of the medium-low voltage communication access network,i.e.,EPON and GPON,are stated.Through the comparisons of the two techniques on transmission rate,ODN grades,protocols,standards,loaded traffic and the corresponding products available,we conclude that due to its low cost and mature technologies,EPON will have a wide application in the field of telecommunication of smart grid in the near future.However,because of its high standardized technique,along with the commercialized technique being mature,GPON would play a greater role in the future.
