摘    要:通过采用成分设计、轧制、热处理工艺设计,以及100 t转炉-模铸-3800 mm轧机-热处理的工艺试制,确保了具有强度和韧性的良好匹配和良好内部质量的南钢压力容器用100 mm特厚18MnMoNbR钢板的成功研制,并实现了批量化生产。

Abstract:By means of using the composition design,rolling,heat treatment process design,along with 100 t converter-molded-3 800 mm rolling mill-heat treatment process trial-producing,ensures successful development of the 100 mm thick 18MnMoNbR steel plates used for pressure vessels with a good match of strength and toughness and good internal quality in the Nangang,and successfully moves it to lot production.
