| 摘 要： | 介绍了电力机动应急通信系统的建设背景、建设目标、系统组成和应用,特别是卫星通信与3G无线通信的融合、语音软交换与无线数字对讲的融合、无线单兵系统与DVR的融合成为电力机动应急通信系统的建设亮点,对电力行业机动应急通信的建设具有一定的借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | This article describes the construction background,goal,system structure and application of Mobile Emergency Communication system in the power system.In particular,the integration of Satellite communication and 3G mobile communication,Softswitch and Digital Intercom,Wireless video transmission and DVR,have become the highlights in mobile emergency communication system.It has great reference value for electric power mobile emergency communication. |
