摘    要:通过对针刺雷管感度试验击发能量传递过程的理论推导和感度试验结果,分析了高感度针刺雷管试验易产生设计击发能量损失而引起产品瞎火的主要原因,探索了提高高感度针刺雷管感度试验可靠性的方法。

Abstract:Based on the theoretical deduction of stimulus energy transfer process during sensitivity testing and the results of sensitivity tests on the M55 stab detonators,this paper analyzes the main factors of easily-incurred loss of de-signed stimulus energy during sensitivity testing of high-sensitive stab detonator, which leads detonators to dud. A way to increase the reliability of sensitivity test on high-sensitive stab detonators was explored.
