| Abstract: | In this paper the"drilling mud-jack method","steel pipe anchor rod","expensive heat storage method"and other technical measures in winter construction of deep foundation and anchor rod in Haerbin central trade city are discussed, those measures overcome some difficulties of winter construction of deep foundation and anchor rod, which short the limit time as one winter and acquire good social and economical benefits. |
