碳纤维表面化学镀镍工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了碳纤维表面化学镀镍的工艺流程,前处理主要包括丙酮清洗、粗化、敏化/活化、还原和分散。观察了碳纤维的表面形貌,测试了镀层的结合力。结果表明,预处理对镀层质量而言非常关键。本工艺得到的镀层均匀、完整,结合力良好。

Abstract:The process flow of electroless nickel plating on surface of carbon fiber was introduced. The pretreatment includes acetone cleaning, roughening, sensitizing/activating, reducing, and dispersing. The surface morphology of carbon fiber was observed and the adhesion strength of coating was tested. The results showed that the pretreatment is very important to the coating quality. The coating obtained by this process is uniform and integral, and has good adhesion.
