乙苯脱氢单元后系统苯乙烯聚合的原因及解决方法

摘    要:由于苯乙烯装置乙苯脱氢单元苯乙烯单体浓度升高,导致该单元后系统冷却器和尾气压缩机中聚合物含量明显增加。为了有效控制苯乙烯聚合的发生,采取了添加阻聚剂,通过调节阻聚剂注入泵冲程的方式优化注入量,用乙苯冲洗脱氢单元后系统冷却器进料口的措施。优化措施实施后,脱氢反应物中苯乙烯的浓度提高了0.85%,压缩机透平蒸汽用量由14 t/h降低到12 t/h,降低了装置的生产成本。

Abstract:As concentration of styrene monomers was excessive in the ethylbenzene dehydrogenation unit of styrene plant resulted in sharp rise of the polymers content in the after-cooler and exhaust compressor.In order to control availably polymerization of the styrene following measures,inhibitor applied,stroke way of injection pump for the inhibitor adjusted to optimize the use level,and feed inlet of the after-cooler washed with ethylbenzene,were implemented.Because of the measures put into effect,the styrene concentration in dehydrogenation reactant was increased by 0.85%,the steam consumption for compressor turbine declined from 14 t/h to 12 t/h.
