Research on the Relevance of Xinjiang Standard Development to Intellectual Property Rights

Starting with the relationship and influence between standard and intellectual property rights,This study researches management ideas and content of the intellectual property rights about at home and abroad standards,then analyses the basic present situation and requirement of Xinjiang autonomous region,putting forward Xinjiang autonomous region standard into the intellectual property rights strategy goal and development train of thought.
