活性染料无盐和低盐染色研究进展

摘    要:在传统的染色工艺中,活性染料染纤维素纤维需加入大量的盐,以提高染料的上染率和固色率.盐的加入导致水质恶化,破坏生态环境,因此活性染料的无盐和低盐染色研究成为印染工作者致力解决的热点问题之一.本文从染料开发,纤维素纤维的改性,染色助剂,染色工艺4个方面阐述了无盐染色技术的近期研究进展,并进行了归纳分析.

Abstract:traditionally,it is necessary to use a large amount of salt(sodium chlorite) to improve dye uptakes and fixation when dyeing cellulose fiber with reactive dyes.This often causes environmental pollution.A lot of work has been done to achieve the goal of salt-free or low-salt dyeing.The article discusses the progress made in the development of salt-free dyeing technology from four aspects: development of dyes,modification of cellulose fiber, dyeing auxiliaries and dyeing technology.
