高含量水性脂肪族聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂的合成及应用

以 IPDI、四氢呋喃聚醚、1 ,4-丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸、丙酮和三乙胺为原料合成了高含量水性脂肪族聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂乳液。探讨了影响这一乳液稳定性的因素。结果表明 ,这一乳液分散粒径要适中 ,以确保它的贮存稳定性 ,在中和乳化时 ,要增加剪切作用的强度 ,以尽量减少乳液的静态粘度。这一皮革涂饰剂可用于各类皮革涂饰中 ,效果良好。

Synthesis and application of high content aqueous fatty polyurethane for leather coating finish

The high content aqueous fatty polyurethane emulsion for leather coating finish was synthesized with IPDI, butylene oxide polyether,1,4-butylene-glycol,dimethylolpropionic acid, acetone and triethylamine. The factors affecting stability of the emulsion were discussed. The results showed that particle size of the emulsion should be controlled at a suitable range to ensure its stability, and intensity of shear in neutralization emulsification should be increased to decrease static viscosity of emulsion. The leather coating finish prepared with the emulsion was used in all types of leather coating, with satisfactory results.
