塔河油田S105井承压堵漏技术

摘    要:塔河油田S105井三开长裸眼井段钻遇长达255m的盐膏层,而且地层压力上低下高,为此,在钻至井深5100m时,应用承压堵漏技术对5100m以浅的裸眼段进行先期堵漏,使地层承压能力大大提高,整个盐膏层钻井过程顺利.仅漏失约20m。钻井液。详细介绍了该井承压堵漏的施工情况。

Abstract:A 255m long carbonate zone is encountered while drill ing a long open hole in S105 Well in Tahe Oilfield, accompanied with severe fo r mation pore pressure variations. Therefore, the pressure sealing technology is e mployed to pre-block formations above 5100m while drilling to 5100m depth , whi c h increases greatly formation competence and thus a smooth drilling through the carbonate zone is obtained with only 20m~3 of mud loss. This paper introduces t he sealing operation in detail.
