| 摘 要： | 在远程教育课件系统中，对于其中的网络媒体传输采用流媒体技术，可充分利用流媒体技术的特生达到带宽占用率小，网络环境适应性好等效果，概要介绍了流媒体技术的特性，在三种流媒体技术应用之中详细介绍了微软Windows Media技术，并给出了WindowsMedia SDK的应用示例代码，另外还介绍了基于Video for Window技术的视频捕捉并给出了示例代码，最后给出了此课件系统的实例。

| Abstract: | Applying streaming media technology to multimedia delivery of network education system, results in small bandwidth occupation and good adaptiveness to network environment. Windows media technology is introduced emphatically, including the application of Windows media SDK and the video capture based on Video for Windows. Some related examples are given in the end. |
