| 摘 要： | 从反思我国城市规划编制和实施过程中存在的现实问题出发,结合国外城市规划实施评价的理论和实践经验,对城市规划实施评价的工作目标、工作程序、工作内容、基本方法和基本原则等内容进行了探索性的研究,同时对建立和完善城市规划实施评价机制的重点工作提出了初步的建议。

| Abstract: | By reviewing the problems in urban plan formulation and implementation, this paper makes a explorative study on the evaluation of urban plan implementation in terms of target, procedure, content, methodology and principles on the basis of the theories and practices abroad, and then gives suggestions on the establishment and improvement of the evaluation of urban plan implementation system. |
